According to Sheriff Brian Bellendir, four people were arrested during a search warrant that was conducted by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office at 3 p.m. today in the 100 Block of South U.S. 281.
The search warrant is result of a traffic stop this morning while investigating a theft case. Officers were investigating a stolen all terrain vehicle when the car stop was conducted.
Sheriff’s officers have found suspected methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana. The stolen ATV has also been recovered. A substantial amount of currency was seized.
The investigation is ongoing, further details will be released as they become available.
