The City of Great Bend Public Lands Department announced Thursday that the Splash Pad at Veterans Memorial Park is currently out of order due to a pump failure.

“We are awaiting the delivery of a replacement part, and the Splash Pad is expected to remain closed until the middle of next week,” said Scott Keeler, director of Public Lands.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the public’s patience as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding.”
