On Thursday, December 20, the Ellinwood Middle School girls basketball team went the Woodhaven senior living center to pass out Christmas cards and cookies. Along the way, they shared some songs with the residents and employees.

Coach Tyson Revell said they made the cards the night before after practice.

 “They had a great time and I think learned a lesson on giving back to their community at a young age,” Revell said.
