Touched by Cancer members to celebrate Christmas

Touched by Cancer support group will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the Heartland Cancer Center, 204 Cleveland, Great Bend. Third and fourth graders from Jefferson Elementary school will spread some Christmas cheer by singing carols to the group, HCC patients, caregivers and staff. Candy canes will be distributed to all.
The group is also planning a Christmas social and dinner at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Classic Inn, 230 S. Patton Road. Members and their guests will enjoy a dutch dinner – both Chinese and American food are available from the menu. Dessert will be provided. A fun gift exchange for those wanting to participate will be held ($5-7.50 limit).  RSVP is requested by Friday, Dec. 11 to Dana Foss.
Touched by Cancer Support Group meetings and activities are open to everyone currently fighting the disease, cancer survivors or families and friends of those involved in all  phases of the illness.
