Trinity UMC, Master Cleaners to hold coat re-distribution drive
2018 coat drive file
A rack of coats is shown from the 2018 Annual Coat Re-Distribution, coordinated by Trinity United Methodist Church. The 2020 call for coats is underway, and gently used, professionally cleaned coats will be given away on October 10. Coats can be dropped off at Master Cleaners or Trinity United Methodist Church, Great Bend.

Trinity United Methodist Church and Master Cleaners have partnered to host their 10th Annual Community Coat Re-Distribution drive, beginning in September.

The public is invited to bring their gently used coats and jackets to one of two collection points: Master Cleaners, 4600 10th St. Pl. near the junction of K-96 and 10th St., or Trinity United Methodist Church, 5700 Broadway Ave. Coats will be collected throughout the month of September. Master Cleaners will then clean the coats prior to distribution.

Distribution will be Saturday, Oct. 10 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church

All ages, sizes and income levels are welcome. There will be no charge for the coats. Face coverings and social distancing will be required.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, schools will not be drop-off collection points as in past years, and households with current positive cases of COVID-19 are asked not to donate.
