The Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education will hold its budget hearing when it meets at 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, at the District Education Center, 201 S. Patton Road. The budget for 2016-2017 will be approved following the public hearing.
Other items on the agenda include making state and federal programs allocations for the year, advanced placement courses at Great Bend High School, assessment information, releasing bids to replace two vehicles in the district’s fleet, and releasing bids for a replacement sound system in the GBHS gym.
