Tickets are now available for purchase to the USD 428 Education Foundation dinner/auction. The fund raiser is set for 6:30 p.m. Nov. 22 at the Highland Convention Center. Tickets are $50 each.
The western-themed evening will include a barbecue buffet, silent auction, old-time photographs, country music provided by the Great Bend High School Madrigal Pops Singers and opportunity to learn line dancing.
This Education Foundation fund raiser helps fund the minigrant program in which teachers apply for grants to help supplement their programs that would otherwise be unfunded.
