Barton Community College’s board of trustees will hear proposals for modifications to the welding program during a board study session set for 4 p.m. Tuesday in Room F-30 of the Fine Arts Building and via Zoom. Upon the recommendation from the welding advisory board, student interest and the receipt of two grants, program administration has identified the need for additional courses and exit points within the program.
The board will also hear the January financial report and a report on the Occupational Safety & Health Administration programs. A facilities review is also on the agenda.
