The Barton County Commission Monday morning presented the quarterly Service and Employee Recognition Award to Gina Werth, Barton County payroll clerk/receptionist in the Administration Office.

Werth was nominated by Dena Popp, 911 Director. “Despite a heavy workload, she always displays excellent customer service skills,” said Ryan Lichter of the ERC, reading from the nomination.

“She is a true asset to Barton County,” Popp said. “We are blessed to have here.”

“I am happy to see this,” Commissioner Jennifer Schartz said. “You have been easy for us to work with.”
