Central Plains High School students whitewashed the school parking lot in Claflin Sunday afternoon. The event preceded a week of homecoming activities that also include a bonfire at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at the baseball field. Friday, Sept. 28, is homecoming; activities will include a 2:25 p.m. parade down Albro Street to a pep rally at the football field; a 6:30 p.m. homecoming ceremony prior to the Oilers football game versus the St. John Tigers at 7 p.m.; and a dance after the game.
