WSU tech lab to visit Central Plains

CLAFLIN — The WSU Tech Futuremaker Lab ( will be at Central Plains Jr./Sr High School on Tuesday, Oct. 29. The Lab allows students to experience hands-on high-demand STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, Math) technical jobs. Each student in grades 7-12 will go through this lab in a 70-minute session.

In addition to the Futuremaker Lab, students will have the opportunity to go through other sessions led by teachers, staff and community members. Those sessions include Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Car Care Tips, Simple Cooking, Tying a Tie, Yoga, Sewing on a Button, Money 101, Paint Pour and Organizing Your Closet.
