Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs on Wednesday. There were three fire calls.
Crews responded to two vehicle fires, one at 5:52 p.m. at 3503 10th St. and one at 6:13 p.m. at 2302 10th St. There was also a structure fire at 11:38 p.m. at 2506 Gano St. All fires were extinguished and no injuries reported.

Great Bend Police
Criminal damage was reported at Stanion Wholesale electric located at 3315 12th St.

Barton County Sheriff
An animal complaint was received Wednesday morning. Cattle in rural Olmitz were checked for neglect/abuse.
Burglary in progress was reported 2:17 a.m. at 408 South Humbolt Ave. in Ellinwood.
An accidental gunshot wound was reported at 3:32 p.m. in Otis.
A non-injury crash was reported in the 400 Block of SE 20 Road at 6:45 p.m.
