A fraud case was reported Monday. A Barton County resident said someone used her account to place an order for $172. The reporting party was able to get the order canceled.
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:08 a.m. Tuesday between 1st and 2nd Road on East U.S. 56 in Rice County. The call was transferred to Rice County.
Great Bend Police
Vehicles driven by Curtis Julian and Charles Suchy collided at 8:36 a.m. Monday in the 1800 block of Second St.
A water heater and pipes were reportedly stolen from 212 Chestnut St.
Vehicles driven by Tyler Seems and Carol Steiner collided at 12:08 p.m. in the 900 block of Washington.
Forged checks were reported at Waters True Value, 1649 K-96, and at Credit Union of America, 4708 10th St.
Fuel was stolen from a vehicle at 5523 10th St.
At 12:31 a.m. a citizen reported being stuck in the auto car wash at Buff Car Wash, 4800 10th St. Management was contacted.
