Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made seven ambulance runs Monday.
At 3:10 p.m. they responded to 120 NW 120 Ave. to assist the Albert Fire Department (see related story).
At 8:16 a.m. Tuesday they responded to 904 Washington St. for a carbon monoxide check. The building was checked with a meter but no CO was found.

Great Bend Police
Theft of money from 1822 24th St. was reported Monday.
Kansas license tag 947FYS was reportedly stolen somewhere on 18th St.
A computer crime was reported at a residence.
A bike was found at 3515 Lakin Ave.
Theft from a vehicle at 6019 Rosewood Ave. was reported.

Barton County Sheriff
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:14 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of NE 30 Road.
Theft of a boat from storage at 1590 NE 50 Road was discovered after someone towed it and left it on the side of a Rice County road. It was taken to a Lyons salvage yard, which contacted the owner.
A non-injury collision was reported at 8:53 p.m. Monday on K-96 and NW 80 Ave.
