Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made eight ambulance runs Thursday.

Great Bend Fire Department responded to a grass fire in the 300 block of N U.S. 281, Hoisington.

A battery was reported at 4:26 p.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of Washington St.

A license plate was found at 4:56 p.m. in the parking lot of 1806 12th St. The license plate was returned to the owner.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:53 p.m. at 12th St. and Morton St.

A battery was reported at 7:33 p.m. in the 800 block of Jefferson St.
