Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had two ambulance runs Wednesday. There were no fires reported.


Great Bend Police

A fight was reported at 6:53 a.m. Wednesday Great Bend High School, 2027 Morton St. Two arrests were made. 

An identity theft to open a DirectTV account was reported at 9:54 a.m. at 3201 Morton.

A shoplifting was reported at 10:45 a.m. at Walmart, 3503 10th St.

A fight involving juveniles was reported at 3:21 p.m. at 2207 30th St.

A sex offense was reported at 4:27 p.m.

An outside agency assist to a BCSO traffic stop with K9-Menta utilized was reported at 10:57 at 10th and Jackson Sts.

A K9-Menta call-out was reported at 5:31 a.m. Thursday at the 400 block of NW 20 Ave.

 

Barton County Sheriff

A fire was reported at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday at 1642 U.S. 281.

A narcotics violation was reported at 8:42 p.m. at 17th and Harrison in Great Bend.

A narcotics violation was reported at 10:52 p.m. at 10th and Jackson in Great Bend.
