Great Bend Fire/EMS

A structure fire was reported at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday at 2507 Russell Parkway. Upon arrival,  firefighters found no fire but the house was filled with smoke.

Emergency Medical Service received seven ambulance calls.


Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:54 a.m. Tuesday on North U.S. 281 at mile marker 129.5.


Great Bend Police

A window at 2314 16th St. was shot with a BB gun, it was reported Tuesday.

A non-injury crash was reported at 10:28 a.m. at 1021 Taft St.

A sex offense was reported.

A headstone at Great Bend Cemetery (North), 5101 24th St., was knocked over.

A window was broken on a vehicle at 5931 Aspen Dr.

A vehicle at 3307 17th St. was shot with a BB.

A non-injury crash was reported at 3:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of Jefferson Street.

A non-injury crash was reported at 3:26 p.m. at Kwik Shop 753, 3907 Broadway Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:07 p.m. at Broadway and McKinley.

A theft was reported at 2011 Hubbard St. after a vehicle was broken into.
