Great Bend Police

An individual called the police Tuesday to report his financial card had been used at Walmart.

A burglary was reported Tuesday morning at Applebees, 3209 10th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 10:11 a.m. in the 1500 block of 10th Street.

A non-injury crash was reported at 1:43 p.m. in the 2500 block of 10th Street.

Criminal damage to property was reported after a truck was spray-painted at 625 3rd St.

An injury crash was reported at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday outside of Applebees.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:15 p.m. outside of Braums, 4209 10th St.


Barton County Sheriff

A traffic arrest was made at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday at NE K-156 near mile marker 129, rural Great Bend.

The K-9 unit was dispatched to East U.S. 56 and North Kennedy Ave., Ellinwood, at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday.

A burglary (not in progress) was reported at 10:40 p.m. at a shop at 283 West Barton County Road, Great Bend.
