Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had eight ambulance runs Friday, six Saturday and five on Sunday. Firefighters responded at 6:21 p.m. Sunday to a report of smoke in the 5200 block of 10th St. No fire was encountered.

A narcotics violation was reported at 4:20 p.m. Sunday at 1212 Baker.
