EMS made four ambulance runs Monday.

Great Bend Police

A burglary in progress was reported in the 1800 block of 12th St. at 11:55 a.m. Monday, after a juvenile allegedly stole a car. That subject was located and arrested.

A report of burglary not in progress was made at the Wetlands at Great Bend Waterpark, 2303 Main St. at 2:19 p.m. Monday. Someone broke into the concession stand and stole items.

An assault in the 2000 block of Monroe was reported at 3:30 p.m. Monday. The suspect allegedly swung a pipe at a vehicle. 

Theft of alcohol was reported at Casey’s General Store, 2716 10th St., at midnight.

Barton County Sheriff 

A battery was reported at Rosewood Services, 384 N Washington Ave., Great Bend, at 10:37 a.m. on Monday.

A non-injury crash was reported on E K-4 at mile marker 132, Odin, at 9:02 p.m. Monday.
