STAFFORD — A Stafford County man and woman are in Rice County Jail following a traffic arrest by the Stafford County Police Department.
The SPD reported that on Saturday, March 2, offi cers conducted a traffic stop in conjunction with a narcotics investigation in the community. Stafford County and Pawnee County sheriff ’s departments assisted in the arrest. Pawnee County provided the use of its K-9 unit.
Arrested were Logan Wells and Madison Mc-Closkey, Stafford. The pair were charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp and felon in possession of a firearm. They were transported and booked into Rice County Jail where they remain in lieu of bond. Bond was set at $75,000 for Wells and $50,000 for McCloskey.
