SPEEDINGTON I will be the first to admit that I am not an optimist. This lady rides the realist train, with small forays into optimism and even a little pessimism on a bad day.

So its rare that I would enthusiastically say, Wow, people are awesome. But today we all get the privilege of me fully admitting and saying with a spring in my step, Wow, people are awesome!

In this instance, it has to do with a whole YouTube channel called, you guessed it, People Are Awesome. The whole channel is focused on original videos and compilations of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, according to its about page. Mostly this includes extreme sports, but this video is a little different and a lot better, if you ask me.

This video is a killer compilation called Fast Workers Edition. In its simplest description, it shows regular people doing work at mind-bending speeds for humans. But its really more than that in some instances. Some of these people are having an amazing time and thoroughly enjoying their work, and the speed is part of that enjoyment.

Keep your eyes open for the guy making falafel, the tiny pizza dough tosser and the cotton candy dancer. You will not regret watching this guaranteed day brightener.
