Aaron Richard Cobb 1991 - 2012

OLATHE — Aaron Richard Cobb, 21, of Olathe, passed away Nov. 9, in Rolla Mo. due to injuries from a car accident. Born Jan. 27, 1991, he was the son of Richard and Stacy Cobb. He was a 2009 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas. Aaron excelled in soccer and went on to play for the Kansas City Wizards/Sporting K.C. with Paul Rideout and was said to be an outstanding and hardworking player by his coaches. He was currently attending Missouri University of Science and Technology (UMR) where he was scheduled to receive his degree in Civil Architectural and Environmental Engineering in December 2013.  
Aaron was member 1451 of the Sigma Nu Fraternity.     
Survivors include his parents Richard and Stacy Cobb; brother Max Cobb; paternal grandmother Judy Cobb; stepmother Julie Cobb; and step-brother Richard Kubiak. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents ElHalcon and Vivian Bartlett; paternal grandfather Dwight Cobb; and a older brother, Ryan Cobb.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Lenexa. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, with a Rosary at 7 p.m., at the Porter Funeral Home in Lenexa. ondolences may be expressed at www.porterfuneralhome.com.
