Dellors Elaine Catterfeld

Dellors Elaine Catterfeld, 62, passed away September 30, 2023, at her home in Great Bend. She was born December 19, 1960, in Hutchinson, to Larry Ellsworth, Sr. and Lorrine (Stevens) Ellsworth. She married Robert W. Catterfeld in Great Bend. He died January 23, 2001. 

A longtime Great Bend resident, Dellors was a cook for the Great Bend Senior Center and had previously worked at Barton Community College and USD 428. She was a member of the Great Bend Sportsman Club and was an avid fisher. 

Survivors include, a son, Tyler Swank and wife Shonita of Hoisington; two daughters, Lacy Fox and husband Dustin and Melissa Wilson and husband Benjamin all of Kinsley; a stepson, Scott Catterfeld of Lansing; three stepdaughters, Shawn Wilson of Ottawa, Shannon Boller (Bill) of Candenton, Mo. and Wendy Radke (Craig) of Spring Hill; two brothers, Larry Ellsworth, Jr. (Kelly) of Hutchison and Shannon Thacker of Atchison; two sisters, Diana Hayward of Great Bend and Lisa Bortz of Wichita; 22 grandchildren, Zoe Barta, Nakita Barta, Ace Prather, Boomer Foster, Shelby Foster, Michael Barr III, Daisy Rehme, Colton King, Naomi Fox, Robert Wilson, Aurora Wilson, Michael Fox, Dean Fox, Grace Fox, Lukas Fox, Amyelia Fox, Elliott Fox and Lilyann Fox; 5 great grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; 18 step great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Catterfeld; a brother, Chad Ellsworth; a sister, Becky Thacker; and a grandson, Chance Fox. 

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials have been designated to Lacy Fox to benefit Dellors’ Memorial Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
