Gregory Allen Bean, 54, died Nov. 25 at his home in Great Bend. Born April 4, 1958 in Great Bend, he was the son of Paul and Norma (Trent) Bean. A lifetime resident of Great Bend, he was a motorcycle mechanic for Great Bend Yahama. He raced motorcycles winning many state titles. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping.
Mr. Bean was a member of Cheyenne Bottoms Sportsman Club.
Survivors include his parents, Paul and Norma Bean of Great Bend; one sister, Paula Schwartzkopf and her companion Tim Newby of Great Bend; and his nephew, Jay Schwartzkopf.
There will be no services. Friends may sign the register book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Bryant Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Golden Belt Home Health and Hospice or Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net
