LACROSSE--Gwen L. Sell, 89, died Oct. 14 at the Rush County Memorial Hospital Long Term Care, La Crosse.  Born Nov. 23, 1922, in Wallace, she was the daughter of Leo W. and Minnie I. (Bitter) Frazier.  A lifelong resident of Rush County, she was a 1940 graduate of La Crosse High School.  On July 6,1946, she married Vernon “Sam” Sell in Reno, Nevada.  He preceded her in death March 10, 1994.
She was a legal secretary for Neil Hotchkiss before her retirement, a member of the United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of LaCrosse, and a precinct chairwoman for the Rush County Republican Party.
Survivors include her daughter, Katie “Kathy” McKim, and her husband, John McKim, Great Bend; two grandchildren, Roger Nelson, and Jacque Serevicz; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Thane Frazier, Lyons.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, one brother, Jay Frazier; and one sister, Martha Frazier-Kimbrel.
Memorial service will be Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church, La Crosse, with Rev. Diana Hill officiating.  Inurnment will be in the La Crosse City Cemetery, La Crosse.  Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 20, from 10:30 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. at the church.
