Jean Cuzick, 87, died Sept. 14 at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Born June 18, 1926 at Great Bend, she was the daughter of Clarence and Chloe (Piper) Yetschke.
On Oct. 14, 1950, she married Joseph Clair “Joe” Cuzick at Great Bend, Kansas.  He died March 18, 1974. She worked for Barton County Health Department as a Secretary.  Mrs. Cuzick was a lifetime Great Bend resident. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Great Bend.
Survivors include her son, Stan Cuzick, and grandson, Shawn Cuzick, both of Great Bend. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Cuzick, one brother, Robert Yetschke, and one sister, Evelyn Everett.
Graveside Service will be Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Great Bend Cemetery with Rev. Lennie Maxwell officiating. Interment will be at Great Bend Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, Sept. 16, and 9:00 a.m. to service time, Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Bryant Funeral Home.  Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.  Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net
