HAYS — Vickie J. Cole, 67, passed away Jan. 2 at Hays Medical Center. Born May 12, 1946, in Great Bend, she was the daughter of Donald A. and Dorothy (Rinker) Bowsher Sr. On July 3, 1966, she married Tom O. Cole in Great Bend.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held  from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26, at Smoky Hill Country Club in Hays. Memorials are suggested to the Vickie J. Cole Memorial Fund which will be used for the Hays Dog Park in her memory.
