To the editor,

Due to many changes in the healthcare industry over the past few years, we have decided to consolidate our two AlternaCare locations. Our Hoisington staff members will be joining the employees in the current Great Bend location. This move will allow us to continue to serve Central Kansas in a more efficient manner. We will still provide all the same services and will increase our service offerings as new needs are recognized.

There have been many changes in insurance reimbursement, state and federal regulations and licensure requirements. These changes have made it less feasible to continue to operate two locations in such close proximity. Therefore, we are certain this business move is the best way for our company to remain strong so we can best serve our customers and community.

We will continue to have a strong presence in the Hoisington community by making weekly scheduled visits to provide maintenance and service to our current and future customers. We appreciate all your business and support over the past 24 years and hope to continue serving

you for many more.
