To the editor:

I just made a trip to Kansas City and back. The thing that surprised me was that every gas station, and I mean every gas station, had lower prices. Lower prices on the turnpike even. They’re always higher.

If I was driving through Great Bend I sure wouldn’t get gas here. And when they get gas, 90% probably buy snacks or have a meal. People can check prices with phone apps.
