The Great Bend Lady Panthers JV basketball team started its season by outscoring Pratt in all four quarters, including 23-7 in the fourth, to claim a 65-28 win.
The Lady Panthers were led by Emily Cruse, who rang up 13 points and three steals. Morgan Harwood added 10 points as the other Great Bend player in double digits.
Brenna Haines led the Lady Panthers with seven rebounds, while Cruse and Brandi Schneider each grabbed six.
Schneider also led with six assists.
