GBHS JV softball team now 4-0

The Great Bend High School junior varsity softball team improved to 4-0 on the young season after sweeping Garden City 15-7, 15-3 in a doubleheader on Thursday afternoon at the City of Great Bend Sports Complex.
The Lady Panthers opened the season on Tuesday by sweeping Larned, 11-1 and 14-3.
Returning pitcher Bailey Tracey currently leads the team with a .692 batting average.
On Tuesday, the GBHS varsity (2-0) travels to Salina Sacred Heart for a doubleheader, starting at 4:30.
The GBHS JV and varsity are in action on Thursday, when they travel to Hoisington for another non-conference date, starting at 4.
