Landmark National Bank “Dog For A Dog” event was held on Oct. 2 to benefit the Great Bend Humane Society. Approximately $800 was raised. Items were collected that the Humane Society needs on a daily basis such as 30 gallon trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towels, band aids, dog, puppy and cat food. A complete list can be viewed at the display at Landmark National Bank.
The Humane Society also had a number of dogs and cats that are needing to be adopted at the event.
Landmark National Bank will continue to collect items and monetary donations through the month of October. A goal has been set to raise $1,000 by the end of October for the Humane Society. Items and monetary donations can be dropped off at any Landmark National Bank location.
