Ken W. and Rosemary (Demel) Schremmer celebrated their 50th anniversary on Dec. 2.
Rosemary Demel and Ken Schremmer were united in marriage on Dec. 2, 1961, at the Holy Family Parish Church in Odin. They have lived their married life and raised their four children in the Hoisington area. Ken is the owner of Schremmer Realty, Auction and Appraisers and is a real estate broker, an auctioneer. He has served as County Commissioner for Barton County for over eight years.  Rosemary has been a beautician for over 40 years and now is retired. The couple has four children, Scharna and Kevin Doll of Great Bend, and Kent Schremmer, Terry Schremmer, Kurt and Sheila Schremmer all of Hoisington; and nine grandchildren.
