Lloyd and Virginia Stroud of Great Bend will celebrate their 50th anniversary on June 10 with a family gathering.
Virginia Schmitt and Lloyd Stroud were united in marriage on June 11, 1962 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ellinwood. Lloyd (PeeWee) is employed at Rainbow Trucking in Great Bend. Virginia (Sue) is employed at USA Gymnastic in Great Bend. Their children are Gene Stroud and wife Darla and Debby Stroud, of Great Bend and the late Diana Stroud; and grandchildren Jamie and Jessika Stroud and Kyle Stroud-Magnett, all of Great Bend.
