SCARY TOWN As a husband and a father I try to act like a brave soul when one of my kids or my wife tells me there's a spider in the house and I need to kill it.

I'll grab some tissue, nonchalantly walk to the eight-legged crawler and smash it with my fingers with ease and calm. The truth is I should win an Academy Award for my performance because inside I'm screaming, "Gross. Gross. Gross. It's going to kill me. This is it. I'm going to die."

OK, I'm not that afraid of spiders, but they aren't called creepy crawlies for no good reason. That's why this video will make you squirm in your seat and likely force you to close your eyes once or twice.

The 55-second video shows a man letting a Brazilian wandering spider crawl up his arm. The size of the arachnid alone would make your skin crawl, but added to the behemoth size is the fact that this is one of the world's most venomous spiders. Bites from the spider cause several deaths a year, and it has a neurotoxin more potent than any other spider on the planet.
