A capella is having a moment right now, and with the help of YouTube personalities Peter Hollens and Whitney Avalon, its unlikely to fade anytime soon.
On Sunday, Hollens uploaded an Epic Disney Villains Medley, produced in collaboration with Avalon. The short video features the duo performing eight iconic Disney songs from villains like Scar, Ursula, Jafar and Gaston.
Hollens has been performing a capella music since he attended the University of Oregon in 1999. He previously appeared on NBCs "The Sing-Off" in 2010 with the group On the Rocks. In 2015, the artist released an a capella rendition of "Mary, Did you Know?" as part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' "A Savior is Born initiative.
Avalon is best known for her Princess Rap Battle YouTube series and her comedy songs.
