Adams Apple Fest Workshop at Grassroots Art Center
Placeholder Image

In conjunction with Adams Apple Fest on Aug. 23, there will be several Art Activities in the Grassroots Art Center Courtyard in Lucas.
Jolyn Gilbert will be doing face painting immediately following the parade, with prices depending on the designs chosen. The Art Activity workshop is free. Make your own painting with the ‘Melted Crayon Art’ technique and make your own multicolor crayon to take home. Each participant will have the opportunity to do a chalk drawing in the courtyard. By the end of the day, there will be a new piece of art in the courtyard, a giant Chalk Mosaic, a community art project.
Grassroots Art Center is located at 231 South  Main in Lucas.
