The Great Bend Recreation Commission Board will approve any changes to this year’s youth baseball and softball rules when it meets at 4 p.m. Monday at the Carl Soden Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St. The board will also approve a waiver to the requirement of following Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures. Information items include adult softball rules and indoor soccer enrollment.
