BCSO seeking ‘armed and dangerous’ person

The public’s assistance is being sought to locate a wanted person considered to be armed and dangerous, Barton County Sheriff Brian Bellendir said. 

Barton County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Karie Lane McBride, age 29. McBride is a white male 5’6” tall 130 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.  McBride is wanted on a Rush County warrant for felony theft.   

The Sheriff’s Office has reason to believe he has access to firearms and has made threats against law enforcement. McBride should be considered armed and dangerous.
