Both county commission, GB City Council to meet Tuesday

The Barton County Commission will meet Tuesday morning and the Great Bend City Council will meet Tuesday evening.

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes the approval of appropriations, dedicated wireless connection to the Barton County Landfill and assorted appointments.

The Great Bend City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes the speed limit on the new stretch of Eighth Street, Job Fest sponsorship and amending the city’s cereal-malt beverage ordinance.
