Effective immediately, the City of Great Bend City Hall and Great Bend Front Door Water Utility Building are closed to the public due to COVID-19-related staffing issues, city officials said. City Hall will be taking phone calls, just no walk-in traffic. The Front Door will be closed completely.

Officials said they will be taking these closures day by day. The following methods are available for city services:

1. By phone at 620-793-4111.

2. By email at sschafer@greatbendks.net or chayes@greatbendks.net. 

3. The website at www.greatbendks.net.

4. Utility payments may be made via on-line bill pay, drop boxes located at the Front Door, City Hall or Dillon’s on west 10th Street or by auto-bank drafts.
