Concert Association memberships still available

The Golden Belt Community Concert Association is continuing to accept new members for its 2014-2015 season.
With the theme “Nights to Remember,” the new season features six concerts beginning with “Simply Sinatra,” set for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18. Other concerts of the season are “Let’s Hang On”; Fernando Varela; Paul McDermand; Jason Coleman; and “Live From Nashville.” All concerts are held at the Great Bend Municipal Auditorium, Lakin and Stone. Admission to concerts is by membership only.
Membership dues are $65 for adults; $10 for full-time enrolled students; $140 for a family membership; and $140 for a grandparent package.

People are also welcome to join by stopping by the GBCCA table at Great Bend’s Summer Street Stroll between 5 and 8 p.m. on Thursdays at Jack Kilby Square.
The GBCCA has been providing high-quality, affordable musical entertainment to the Golden Belt community for more than 75 years. The season features concerts selected by the association’s local board members with the goal of pleasing a variety of musical tastes.
