After the Larned Swimming Pool at Schnack Park closed to humans for the 2021 season, the dogs took over the pool Sunday, Aug. 15. In Great Bend, the Wetlands Waterpark will be open to dogs this Saturday for Bark in the Waterpark.

Saturday's event is from 10 a.m. to noon. The cost is $5 per dog; proceeds go to the Great Bend Dog Park.
