GBHS Hall of Fame luncheon tickets available

Tickets for the Great Bend High School Hall of Fame luncheon are on sale in the Activities Office at the high school. The luncheon is scheduled at 11:45 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, at StoneRidge Country Club. The Class of 2014 inductees include Aerospace Engineer and 1963 graduate of GBHS, George Nossaman, and Great Bend’s long-time “Voice of the Panthers”, Randy Goering. Tickets are $15. To purchase a ticket for the luncheon, sponsor a table at the luncheon, or to make a donation to the Hall of Fame, contact the Activities Office at 620-793-1560.

With groundwork going on at the future site of the Innovation Center on Farmer’s Plaza off of 10th St., Great Bend Economic Development Executive Director Sara Arnberger updated Great Bend Chamber members on several of the organization’s projects Thursday during a Chamber Coffee.
