The Great Bend Police Department is searching for Ever Olivas, who is believed to be involved in a shooting that was reported at 8:51 p.m. Monday at 309 Fruit St.
According to the GBPD, officers were called to investigate a disturbance and found Walter Vasquez, 36, who had a gunshot wound to his left arm. During their investigation, officers learned that he was wounded during an argument.
Vasquez was transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital by Great Bend Fire Department Emergency Medical Services for treatment.
Officers are searching for Olivas, who is believed to be the shooter.
