Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:40 p.m. on Friday, 4 miles north of Larned on U.S. 183.Kansas Highway Patrol reports a 1980 Kenworth semitrailer driven by Dallas Hiebert, 63, of Rozel, was northbound on U.S. 183 slowing to make a left turn onto S Road. A 2006 Ford sport utility vehicle driven by Kenlee West, 23, of Liberal, was northbound behind the Kenworth and a red pickup. West changed lanes in the southbound lane in an attempt to pass the semi.
