Beginning April 1, the days and hours of operation at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center will change. Previously, the KWEC has been closed on Mondays. Now, from April 1 through Oct. 31, the KWEC will be open on Mondays. Also, the opening time of the KWEC will be moved back one hour. New hours of operation for the KWEC will be April 1-October 31, Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.- 5 p. m., Sunday 1 - 5 p.m.  Nov. 1-March 31, Tuesday-Saturday 9 a.m. -5 p.m., Sunday 1 - 5 p.m., closed Mondays.
