The Great Bend Recreation Commission is forming Youth Basketball leagues for boys and girls in grades 1st-6th. The Rec are needing coaches, which are in high demand as we begin this season! Games are scheduled to begin February 24th with practices starting week of February 5th. 

Leagues cannot begin until all coaches have been filled. We will be holding a coach’s meeting on Thursday February 1st. 

Come in to sign up to coach at the GBRC office, located at 1214 Stone Street or contact us at 793-3755 ext. 118.

Coaches Needed for each league are as follows:

1st-2nd Grade Girls – 5 coaches

1st-2nd Grade Boys – 4 coaches

3rd-4th Grade Girls – 2 coaches

3rd-4th Grade Boys – 3 coaches

5th-6th Grade Girls – 1 Coach

5th-6th Grade Boys – 1 Coach
