USD 495 school board

LARNED — Personnel with final action and resolutions for contract non-renewals will be an action item after an executive session for the Fort Larned USD 495 school board Monday. Administrative contracts will also be discussed.
The regular meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at the board of education.
The student spotlight will be focus on a Larned High chemistry video.
Reports will be heard on curriculum, maintenance, transportation, technology, principals, superintendent Jon Flint and board discussion.
Other topics on the agenda are middle school site council, capital bids for roof and boiler work and proposed school dates for 2011-2012.

Special meeting

LARNED — A special meeting of the Pawnee County Board of Commissioners is scheduled at 11:45 a.m., Monday at the Larned State Hospital at the dietary conference room.
The commissioners will attend a luncheon with Senator Allen Schmidt, District No. 36.
Pawnee County commission — A brief agenda featuring Rod Wheaton, solid waste supervisor, is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. Monday for the Pawnee County Board of Commissioners at the Pawnee County Courthouse.
Larned cleanup and step-raises city wide are also on the agenda.
